I am 14 weeks pregnant and just moved to California and I learned that my Aetna health insurance does not cover?
My insurance does not cover pregnancy for each plan. I have too much money to be covered by Medi-Cal and objective, it takes at least six months of residence to cover. I can afford health care, but no cover now. Do I have another option?
More OB and hospitals are discounts for prenatal care and childbirth. Contact your obstetrician and the hospital you gave birth to and ask. Best to check quickly, as some may require that fees be paid before or during childbirth. You also ask about the cost of child control healthy (and if a male infant circumcision) performed by the pediatrician at the hospital and the cost of epidural anesthesia. Your other option is to find a job with group coverage. Pregnancy can be considered a pre-existing insurance.
